Upon booking your appointment you will be required to save a valid credit card on file which serves as a deposit for any scheduled appointments. All information is privately and securely stored.

We understand emergencies happen, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Bookings made the same day, require a 3-hour notification.

Clients can cancel appointments by our online booking system, by phone, or text message. Please refrain from messaging through social media to guarantee your message is received.   

No-shows and cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 30% charge of the booked service value to the card on file.

We ask that you don’t arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late a $10 late fee may be charged.

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be rescheduled.

A cancellation fee of 30% may be charged to the card on file.

If hair has been previously processed by someone else, results are not guaranteed.

No refunds are given on services performed. If you are not satisfied with the results, please call within 7 days of your visit. We will be happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed

during the original appointment.

This technique consists of two distinct steps and is generally used when going from a darker shade to a considerably lighter one.

The first step involves bleaching the hair to remove the existing color and the second step involves applying the desired color. This is not suitable for anyone with damaged or overprocessed hair and will require more time and expensive due to the multiple steps involved.

The health of your hair is of our utmost importance therefore a strand test may be done during the consultation to test how well the hair lifts. Hair may be significantly damaged from the previous dye jobs and require extra conditioning treatments and aftercare.

All color and balayage services are customized to each-and-every client. Results may vary depending on color history, starting condition of the hair, and desired lightness. Multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the desired results without compromising the health and integrity of the hair.
